Urban Confab launched The Urban Shelf in 2021 with the intentions of being a wellness pod offering proactive, sustainable and holistic approaches towards one’s relationship with their wellbeing. We hope to encourage the community to participate in healthier and more intentional ways of living. The Urban Shelf is dedicated towards providing the necessary tools and sharing the gained knowledge of ancient practices that promote holistic and preventive care for self. We proudly create homemade herbal elixirs to to aid the mind body and soul.
